The directory
We list clinics and practitioners to help you find care. Listing details are drawn from public sources and from the practices themselves, and may change without notice. We don’t verify every detail, and a listing — including a paid listing or a “verified” badge — is not an endorsement or a recommendation of any provider. Check fees, availability and suitability directly with the provider.
Enquiries and appointment requests
When you send an enquiry or appointment request, we pass it to the provider you chose. We don’t book appointments on a provider’s behalf or guarantee a response, availability, price or outcome. Your relationship with the provider is between you and them.
Practices and practitioners
- You may claim a listing only if you are authorised to act for that practice or practitioner. We may verify claims and may decline or remove access.
- You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and lawful, including compliance with AHPRA and National Law requirements on advertising regulated health services.
- We may edit, decline or remove listings or content that is inaccurate, misleading or breaches these terms.
Paid plans
- Enhanced and Premium plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Where a free trial applies, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then reverts to a free listing.
- Features and placement are as described at the time of purchase. We don’t guarantee a particular number of enquiries or patients.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site — for example by submitting false enquiries or claims, scraping content, interfering with security, or using it to send spam.
Intellectual property
Site content, design and branding belong to Vuhze Technologies or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Practices keep ownership of content they provide and grant us a licence to display it on the site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, information on it, or services provided by listed practitioners. Where our liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of doing so.

Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
